What services do you offer as a Property Management company?

Full-Service property manager. 

    – Listing: All properties are added to the most visited Rental Websites under “Premium Listings” if available, which puts the home on the top of searches to maximize views and allow for the property to be rented as quickly as possible.

    – Background Checks – I run background checks on all interested applicants and am fully transparent making sure that the homeowner is comfortable and in agreement that the new tenant is the best option available.. 

    –  Contract – Fully execute contracts for the lease and maintenance of the property

    –   Maintenance/Supervision – We handle any issue that comes up as well as make sure the home is maintained for the season to reduce the possibility of future cost if they are not completed. i.e. winterizing sprinklers for the season
